This is an in depth look at the common oral pathologies in canine and feline patients. Using numerous high quality images we will present the pathophysiology and ramifications as well as diagnostic and treatment options. Topics will include: clinical signs of dental disease, fractured teeth (complicated and uncomplicated), discolored teeth, abscessed teeth, retained deciduous teeth, malocclusions, caries, neoplasia, tooth resorption, enamel hypoplasia, immune mediated disease, dental radiology, and oral signs of systemic disease.

Dr. Niemiec is a Board Certified specialist in Veterinary Dentistry by the American Veterinary Dental College as well as the European Veterinary Dental College. He is Chief of Staff of Veterinary Dental Specialties & Oral Surgery with 14 offices throughout the US. H he is a regular speaker on the local, national, and international levels, and was elected as the Clinical Instructor of the Year for the 2016 Western Veterinary Conference.
